We started working with the B&Q marketing team in 2014 to deliver disruption campaigns across the UK. Our task was to improve their on-site communications using our customer journey knowledge combined with the vibrant B&Q brand. We provided B&Q with a customer journey system based on the geography of their sites and developed messaging packages adhered to the bold tone of the brand identity.
The results helped to create a smooth transition for customers looking to shop whilst developments were being made to their stores. Our products for B&Q include; local marketing support, customer communications, point of sale, on-site communications, customer feedback and surveys, amongst other solutions.
